Hall Rental:
Our Hall can be rented for your special occasion. You may request a particular day, which is subject to availability and prior reservations via our contact form. We will then reach out to you to set up the specifics.

Here are our Hall Rental Conditions:
  • No Smoking
  • No Firearms Allowed
  • No Open Candles
  • No Confetti
  • All Beverages must be purchased from the Fatima Event Center
  • Any special alcoholic beverage must be ordered 30 days prior to the event
  • No Outside Drinks may be brought in
  • No Rice
  • No Glitter
  • No permenent mountings for decorations (Nails, screws, etc). Tape may be used to secure decorations, but must be removed at the end of the event
  • A refundable deposit of $200 must be made, which acts to guarantee your date and acts as a clean-up/damage deposit. This will be refunded, when the hall is found to be free of damage and clean. Refunds will take place either by return of a blank money order or a reversal of Credit Card Charges.
  • Refunds will NOT take place if:
    • Your event is cancelled within 60 days of the event
    • Your event goes beyond the scheduled time
    • The Hall is found to have damage or is unclean
  • There is a a five hour limit to a hall rental
  • All events must end by midnight
  • One hour is gratus for preparation/cleanup (to be determined at the time the contract is written
  • We offer a full-line of Catering for your event. Outside caterers must show proof of liability insurance
  • When China is rented, the dishes must be cleaned up and stacked neatly by the sink
